Trip Generator

Access the Module

  • Log in to your pilot dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Pilot Ops section within the sidebar navigation, and select Trip Generator

Set Your Preferences

Use the provided filters to refine your flight search:

  • Select one or more airlines.
  • Choose your preferred aircraft types.
  • Adjust the flight duration range using the sliders.
  • Enter the starting departure airport.

Generate Your Schedule

  • Click Generate Schedule to create a personalized round-trip schedule based on your preferences.
  • The system will display all matching flights that form a round-trip route.

Review Your Flights

  • Examine the generated flights in the table:
  • Review flight details for accuracy.
  • Modify the list as needed by adding or removing flights.

Visualize Your Route

View your flight path on the interactive map:

  • Check the lines connecting all flights.
  • Use numbered markers to identify each leg of the trip.

Finalize Your Schedule

When satisfied, add flights to your bids

  • Use Add All to Bids to add the entire schedule.

Plan Ahead: Start with broad criteria, then narrow your options as needed.
Be Realistic: Search results are generated by the schedules in our system. Please use realistic search parameters. Trying to search for UAL flights using an A380, is not going to generate any results for you. 
Leverage the Map: Use the map to confirm the sequence and coverage of your route.
