Tour Details
To access more in-depth information about a particular tour, simply click on the corresponding image displayed on the main screen. This action provides a comprehensive overview, allowing you to delve into the specifics of the tour's theme, planned legs, and any unique features it may offer.

Upon entering the tour details page, the top section features the tour image along with a concise Tour Description. To access the complete description, click on the box labeled 'Tour Description' to expand and reveal the full details.
Should you wish to enroll in the tour, locate the blue 'Sign Up' button beneath the description and click on it.
Congratulations! You are now officially signed up for the tour. Continue scrolling down the page for additional information and insights into your chosen tour.
In this section, a map visualizes the various legs of the tour. The starting point is denoted by the green flag, while the red flag signifies the concluding point. Numbered flags represent the individual legs or flights between the start and end.
Adjacent to the map, a list of flights is presented. Each flight entry includes essential details such as Airports, Flight Time, and Mileage. To integrate these flights into your bids, simply click the blue '+' button.
Keep an eye out for yellow buttons featuring a clock icon; these indicate flights that are yet to be completed. It's imperative to adhere to the designated order of flights during the tour progression.
Adding Flights to Bids

It's essential to note that certain tours may necessitate flying into compact airports with short runways. Take heed of runway lengths at these airports to ensure you select an appropriate aircraft. flightcommunityin SmartCARS, and delete the flight from your bids. Navigate back to the Tour page.Rebid the leg from the Tour page.Go to "My Bids."File a Manual PIREP—this step is crucial. Make sure the manual PIREP is created from the bid associated with the Tour (not just a bid from the schedule search page). In the comments, include For Tour Advancement. The status of your tour will be verified at our earliest availability and any advance any stalled progress at that time.In the event the system marks your tour as complete prior to the last leg being flown, the system is set to auto refresh every 4 hours so check back in a little while and see if it has reset.
