Chief Operations Officer & Webmaster (COO)

Overview

Working closely with both the Administrative and Executive staff teams to manageteams, the COO ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day operationsactivities and upholds the highest standards of theoperational virtualexcellence.

Director of Human Resources (DHR)

  • Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee our daily pilot operations in theiryour respectivedesignated basesbase, includingensuring the productivity and adherence to established protocols by base pilots.
  • PIREP Processing: Responsible for processing all Pilot Reports (PIREPs) and associated commentary submitted by pilots in your base, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Pilot Support: Act as a primary point of contact for pilots in your base, addressing their base’squestions, pilots, processing of all PIREPsconcerns, and PIREPproviding commentary,assistance andas assistingneeded.
